Cheap, delicious, vegan food is just what I've been missing! The breakfast hash tacos were so filling and a perfect way to start off a rainy Saturday. Homemade corn tortillas can't be beat. The grilled street corn and grilled pineapple with toasted coconut flakes were a must-buy as well. Going to be following this truck around, buying tacos whenever I can, can't wait to see what Michelle comes up with next!
